- Our company provides a reliable lifetime warranty for the main machine, 18 months of free replacement parts and lifetime support.
- If your device arrives damaged or not working, you are fully protected by our warranty guarantees, however to qualify for protection, you need to provide a video of the delivery process and also complete initial unboxing.
- It’s necessary that you notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence. We will then arrange for a free replacement.
- After 7 days, standard warranty terms apply.
- Order cancellations before delivery only are accepted on a case by case basis,, subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which must be paid separately. Devices are not eligible for refund once delivered.
- All returns are subject to approval and inspection.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- We require an initial unboxing video, and without it the logistics damage protection guarantee is void.
- We do not accept change of mind returns.
- We do not accept returns of accessories such as handles, cartridges, tips, gels, oils or creams.
Issues
- Please inspect your equipment upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages and issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, otherwise you will not qualify for any free replacement.
- Our quality control checking prior to shipping is extremely strict and we take photos and videos of your machine and packaging process prior to shipping. All machines shipped to customers are 100% brand new and if even a speck of paint is found on a machine we will send it back to the factory to refresh. We also all package equipment using very thick fireproof foam, making it impossible for any machine to be delivered to a customers address with any scratches or marks caused by friction.
- Please follow the unpacking instructions with upmost care because we are not responsible for offering you any compensation if you do not follow our unpacking video instructions and damage your the equipment as a result of improper unpacking.
- If any logistics damage is reported within 7 days and is this damage is confirmed by our representative to be caused by logistics, or if your machine is confirmed to be significantly defective upon arrival (reported within 7 days of delivery), we will send you a brand new replacement machine free of all charges. We will also be responsible for the return shipping costs of the logistics damaged goods. We strictly provide a replacement machine. We do not provide refunds for this situation.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
- Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, untouched and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Buyers cannot keep the goods and get a refund.
