Warranty Policy
Machines produced by our factory are of the highest quality and designed to last for years to come. We provide a 36 month warranty on all equipment sold on this website emshape.shop. The warranty for your machine will be activated at the time of the delivery, and the warranty paper will be included in the delivery box when you receive your product. In the event that you can’t find your warranty paper, the warranty is still active.
7 day shipping damage protection guarantee:
in addition to the 3 year warranty, we provide a guarantee that your equipment will be delivered without any significant shipping damage. If your equipment is significantly damaged we will replace it after collecting the original unit. In order for this guarantee to be active, all of the following must apply:
- Buyer must provide both a video of the delivery process (when the delivery is signed for) as well as an initial unboxing video.
- Damage has occurred to the equipment itself. Damage to outer packaging box is not covered.
- Damage is significant and causes the machine to not perform properly. Cosmetic damage is not covered, but we will make an acceptable solution for you.
- Damage claim is reported within 7 days of delivery to info@emshape.shop.
- Only a replacement machine will be provided. No refunds will be provided.
Warranty Terms:
During the warranty period, we will provide remote repair services. We will also accept your machine to repair at our facility, and if it can’t be repaired we will replace it and return it to you free of charge. We will also gladly service and repair your machine after the warranty period, however charges for replacement parts will apply. Other minor charges may also apply for repair after the warranty period.
To prevent failure while using the equipment, it’s expected that the equipment be properly used. We highly recommend participating in our free training for purchased equipment where you will learn how to use and maintain your machine. It's important to understand any damages due to inappropriate unpacking or use by buyers are not covered by this warranty. Our 3 year warranty covers defects associated with the machine’s internal components, however, accessories and parts, such handles, are covered only for one year.
This warranty does not cover damage incurred by user environment. Examples of what is not included in the warranty include, but are not limited to, fading, staining, crushing, and general warranty and tear. All equipment purchased from the website should only be used and operated by a qualified, trained professional. The limited warranty is only offered to the original buyer of the equipment and doesn't transfer to a new owner.
We pride ourselves on offering only the most durable, reliable products. If you encounter any issues with your equipment within this warranty period, we will happily assist you in repairing or replacing a defective part, at no cost. We will always first troubleshoot any equipment issues virtually with the buyer to keep your equipment functioning. If the initial troubleshooting did not resolve the problem with the unit, we will gladly accept the equipment back to our factory for inspection and repair. All repair transit costs to the factory is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Photos/videos will always be requested from the buyer if any defect claim is filed. Please email pictures or videos to our customer service at info@emshape.shop or send them to us using wetransfer.com, and allow the customer service representative to respond within 24 hours on business days.
